Brunch Restaurant At The Casablanca Inn Serving Breakfast and Lunch All Day on the Bayfront
When Nancy Cloud and Michael Miles purchased The Casablanca Inn in March 2005, the bayfront property only served breakfast to guests, and the front porches with million dollar views of the bayfront, were only for those patrons to enjoy. Nancy and Michael, owners of The Balance Rock Inn in Bar Harbor Maine, saw the potential for expansion—not only of the building itself but the guests they could serve. Launched in November of 2006, The Tini Martini Bar was an instant success. The enclosed porches were transformed into multi-tiered porticos that spill onto the promenade along the bayfront. Decked out with the stylish furnishings of a French cafe, Tini Martini Bar became the place to see and be seen. An evening-only enterprise, Nancy and Michael realized the space Tini Martini occupied was underutilized during the day and, after another rehab and kitchen expansion in 2015, BRUNCH Restaurant at The Casablanca Inn was launched on Valentine’s Day. Serving breakfast and lunch all day from 7:30 a.m. till 4 p.m. (Mon.-Thurs) and till 3 (Fri., Sat., Sun.), BRUNCH beckons with a seasonally-driven cafe-style menu offering pancakes and crêpes; signature omelets; eggs benedict; summer-style salads; gourmet sandwiches and burgers; and a selection of classic entrées such as Southern Fried Fish and Casa Blanca Pasta. Nancy and Michael recently welcomed Chef Brandon Snook to lead the culinary team at BRUNCH. He has run several kitchens throughout St. Augustine. He continues to express his creative style with ever-changing seasonal menus at BRUNCH. Will Winter keeps the front of the house running in seamless, calm style and in concert with his counterparts in the kitchen.
