The husband-and-wife culinary team of Chefs Todd and Angie, along with their friend and colleague Chef Anthony, who also hails from Louisville, Kentucky, source all ingredients from area farms to bring only the freshest cuisine to the table. Offering an extensive selection of fine wines and imported beer, food and wine pairing is a focus at Balefire Brasserie and wine flights are always an adventure.
