Chef-owner Ellie Rose Schultz and her team create internationally-inspired dishes using locally-sourced ingredients to deliver fresh, unique flavors. Small plates served in a social dining atmosphere allow culinary explorers to sample an array of flavors with friends and family. Flavor-infused signature cocktails and an extensive list of wine and bubbly cover all needs for aperitifs, pairings and digestifs during happy hour and dinner and for after-dinner drinks. St. Augustine’s finest bakery, Creme de la Cocoa, makes Chez L’Amour’s delectable and artisanal desserts, such as the Spanish Magnolia Wedding Cake and Datil Chocolate Cheesecake. Chez L’Amour is the perfect venue for private events, office parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, receptions and banquets. Co-owners Jeanetta and Alberto Cebollero—the talented duo behind the popular local band Ramona—are often onstage at Chez L'Amour, along with a showcase of internationally recognized performers, as well as the most talented local and regional musicians.
