This fast casual concept founded by Jim (Jimmy) Hartman, a longtime foodie and franchisee with roots in both Florida and his native California, put his experience, travels and philosophy together to create Jimmy Hula’s. With a focus on what matters to him: fresh, vibrant ingredients, sustainable products and an atmosphere of good vibes, he opened the first restaurant in Winter Park in 2011.
