Located atop San Sebastian Winery, La Cocina at the Cellar Upstairs is now open and located on the rooftop of the Winery building. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m., two of St. Augustine's favorite chefs are dazzling locals and visitors alike with outstanding menus featuring local farms, seasonal ingredients and a fine selection of wine. Executive Chef Norberto Jaramillo has made a name for himself for the past 20+ years owning and operating La Cocina and de Leon restaurants and Chef de Cuisine Sebastian Sikora grew up working in the food industry and has worked in and managed kitchens throughout St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra. Lunch Menu, offered 11 a.m.-3 p.m., features salads, shareable charcuterie and light platters, soups, handhelds and entrees; the Dinner Menu, offered 5-9 p.m., features first and second course offerings to include lobster bisque, composed salads and beef tenderloin carpaccio; and entrées such as filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, and New Zealand rack of lamb as well as tortellini and Peri Peri Chicken.
