Now reopened after a year-long refurbishment of St. Johns County's beautiful municipal golf club, Late Risers is the official 19th Hole and then some! Chef Liz and partner Dave made a name for themselves with their popular food truck and then expanded their business at the golf club in 2019. Liz is a classically trained chef and passionate about local and seasonal ingredients. From handhelds, savories and daily grab-and-go sandwiches to dessert items and salads, everything is made from scratch in Chef Liz's kitchen or sourced from local vendors including the buns, artisanal sausage and Datil sauces she uses for her signature Steak Dog and Smoked Sausage. Open to golfers and the public daily at 8 a.m., the Bar & Grille serves a full menu from 11 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Weekend Brunch Specials offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The full bar is a great place to meet with friends and offers Happy Hour featuring live music Friday night from 4-6 p.m. Dine in the newly refurbished cafe or on a spacious deck overlooking the glorious expanse of the golf course. Onsite and offsite catering available.
